Everything was excellent save for one hotel 1st floor reception employee who thought it appropriate to interrupt my conversation with Kaitlyn at breakfast on the 2nd floor. She told me it is inappropriate to talk near the food at the buffet because of fears of contamination. I later pointed out that the kitchen attendant had a terrible cough and was constantly coughing near the food, to no effect. The female receptionist, I will not mention her name pending an investigation, was not only interrupting my talk, she claimed she was protecting Kaitlyn from me. That is highly doubtful, based on Kaitlyn’s subsequent friendliness with me. Honestly someone like the 1st floor receptionist is in the wrong business. She should be an attendant at a school for 2nd graders, because that is how she treated me. I am 13-15 years her senior and I am a senior myself. Everything else was well managed.

This hotel is close to the airport and that is why we chose it. There is no reason to stay there if you are a tourist. The bed was hard as a futon. The room was on the smaller side but nice. Great rain-style shower with hand sprayer. Big jacuzzi-style tub. Complimentary breakfast was good. Not a bad place to stay, but only for business travelers. Better places are available for tourists. Rates were excellent.

Ok for night stay near airport. Shuttle was convenient but not really necessary since hotel is only one subway stop away from airport. Room was clean but couldn’t get AC to work properly due to settings being too hard to figure out and hot water needs to be maintained by turning on heated floor.

Excellent room, I had 903 which comes with a large bath, 1 Double/1 Single Bed. The bed was very comfortable. Very clean hotel, a shuttle is available but needs prebooking apparently- no stress as it’s only one stop down on the elevated railway which stops pretty much outside the hotel. Good breakfast with Western options as well as traditional Korean. This is an ideal hotel for avgeeks - my room had views of the Domestic hotel and landing planes.

Very comfortable bed, nice spacious room. Clean and quiet. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was good. Very close to airport, Metro line, and has complimentary airport shuttle. Would definitely stay here again. We stayed on a Sunday night and unfortunately there were not many dining choices nearby.

I checked into the hotel in the evening and made a morning shuttle reservation for the next day very early and we both re-confirmed the time before I left the counter, The next morning the driver pulled the 5am passenger list and I was not on there? If it were not for another person who slept in - I would not have been able to take this shuttle at all.
