This room was disgusting there was mold in the bathroom around the window seal someone’s used soap was also on the window seal there was McDonald’s hamburger under the ice bucket and a used wash cloth behind the toilet the shower was dirty and the room smelled like smoke I can’t even believe this is a Wyndham hotel worst ever 1 star less if possible absolutely the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in and will never be back GROSS

There walls were paper thin, floors were very dirty, found blood droplets on the walls and floor, and they couldn't give us a key card for the room because they didn't have enough.

This was the only place with a vacancy in Burns on this night. When we arrived, it took a good 10 minutes for the staff to come out to the desk to check us in. He was so stoned he could barely stand up. He checked us in but wasn't able to provide a key to our room and had to let us in because their key cards had all gone missing and they had another check in coming that night. Once he walked us to the room, right next to the office he pointed out that the security latch had been removed because it didn't work. When we went to shower, the ceiling looked as though it were going to cave in and had been shoddily repaired previously for that reason. The floor was filthy, leaving black on the towel under our feet after getting out of the shower. The water would go from molten lava to Arctic ice without touching the controls. There were dead spiders in the picture on the wall between the picture and the glass in the frame. At 5am we were woken up by a dog that didn't stop barking until we left at 7:30. My husband forgot his hat and had to go back for it and the dog was still barking. Come to find out, it was the staffs dog. If I could give negative stars, I would! I think we should have just slept in the truck.

We stay here every year on our road trip It’s older but bed was clean. The bed was uncomfortable but not real bad Restaurant is just next door good access Overall I will still stay there, it is one night and halfway home

It’s not the worst I have stayed in but definitel

Well I would say the front desk clerk was excellent and the hotel could do an up grade very badly they had chairs in the room one was soaking wet and dirty and the other one was filthy wouldn’t set in them Bed was ok and water was hot and I made coffee in the room the coffee maker was dirty

We only stayed one night on our way home. We only found fast food restaurants, which was all right. The room was nice, however we couldn't regulate the temperature, so it was rather warm. Overall, a nice stay.

There was legitimately long dark curly pubic hair on the sink and counter around the sink upon entering the room. The AC/Fan will not power up or function at all if the antique baseboard heat is on. There is damaged walls and unfinished painting on new window trim in the main room. Speaking of windows, the roll down shade on the large main window is virtually SEE THROUGH and is unacceptable for providing privacy or blocking daylight. BEFORE reserving the room we were told the rooms were newly renovated, the family "suite" has a disgusting old green velvet arm chair that is torn and losing stuffing. The bedding is very old, dated, tattered and worn out. The overall look of the "renovated" room is underwhelming with its artwork and light fixtures straight out of 1994. Overall the property is in very poor shape while in various stages of repair and/or renovation with broken and/or missing siding, broken concrete in the guest walkways, non functional vending machines and pallets of trash and construction materials strewn throughout the property. The hotel promotes itself as 'dog friendly" yet there is virtually zero places to take our pup for doing his business. Speaking of pets, there is an aggressive, free roaming white dog that was in the lobby behind the check in counter that also growls and barks at guests and follows/sneaks up behind us and our little dog all the way to our guest room door. This made us and our pet VERY uncomfortable and felt unwelcoming.

Nothing was appealing about the property. Some fresh paint could help. The room had stuff on the floor which made me question how clean it was. Front desk was nice to work with, She's a sweetheart. Coffee machine in the room didn't work and the coffee in the lobby was weak like flavored water.

Clean, functional, friendly staff. But There’s a light outside the room and it’s on all night and there’s no curtains or blackout blind - just a flimsy net that does nothing to guarantee privacy or sleep. Light shining in my eyes all night. Side sleeper and toss n turn all night due to arthritis… so every other turn - blinded and woken. Not happy

The room was clean and comfortable. The walls seemed thin, a group came in late at night they were very noisy and woke me up a couple times. Other tahn that it was a great value for the price.

Terribly dirty hotel

Room was disgusting. Floor was covered in animal hair and dead bugs. Walls had holes in them and the bathroom was disgusting. Needs a complete renovation.
