Awful advertising,strange owner, awful area,over priced

Booked a cottage, turned up to an estate tiny house ,smelt awful ,owner was creepy ,awful advertising didnt stay at the property had to pay £200 extra to stay in a holiday inn we are awaiting a refund ,angry and annoyed ,felt unsafe for our children
