This was perfect for us. Low key, on the Colorado river. 10 wins to Inks lake State park that has wonderful hiking and 15 mins from Longhorn caverns State park. A great relaxing weekend in nature. My so (11 had a blast at the game room and mini golf also! Highly recommend for a chill weekend with the fam.

Not bad!

This place is off the beaten path. Once you are on property, it’s very clean, and the staff were nice. The rooms are a bit dated. The TV is extremely small, like that episode of the office where Michael buys a plasma TV.

Great family getaway!

We had a great time at this property. The boys took advantage of the great fishing throughout the day and the night. My daughter and I used the playground and the game room. If we'd stayed longer we would have used the mini golf as well. I utilized the full kitchen for breakfast and dinner which was very convenient being so far from town. We all said we'd stay here again. Beds were comfy and clean. My only suggestions would be to maybe have a cloth rug inside the doorway as the sand got tracked all over the hard floors even after wiping off shoes outside and the TV we had in the cabin was SO tiny you couldn't hardly even see it from the beds. It could have possibly just been a temporary TV as the other cabins we noticed had larger ones. While the boys were out fishing at night I had planned to relax alone and watch a movie. But overall it was a great stay and we enjoyed it.

Relax on the Lake

Everything was great! Our only problem was the oven did not work, I improvised. Pool was cold but we had fun! Inks Lake was near by for hiking and Longhorn Caverns. Cabin 5 was very comfortable. The beds were comfy!

Great little place

Wonderful! Everything you need in one place. Didn't leave the property except once for the store. Very laid back. Good fishing off the lighted pier. Arcade and putt putt. Swimming pool looked nice but still a little too cool to try. We will return with grandbabies next time.

I will return again in the future

Overall the campsite and hosts were very caring and inviting. They were ready to help at any moment. My family had a weekend of lounging by the lake and playing in the arcade. Our cabin was spacious and cozy. For the price we paid it was worth every penny. I have already recommended a friend to come check it out. See y'all next time.
