I loved the place. There were 2 very small issues which I can't blame them for because I didn't report them. I'm sure that if I'd have asked them to take care of them they would have. I couldn't get the microwave to work, and I was unable to adjust the temperature on the air conditioner/heater, but the temperature in the room was really pretty good so I said nothing. And I didn't really need the microwave. The breakfast was very nice and it was great having the airport shuttle available. I would stay there again if I was back in the area again.. It had the highest rating of all the ones I looked at booking.

It was a fantastic stay for sure! Check in was a breeze, the whole place was clean, and it just had that old school look and charm to it. We decided to enjoy the steak house while we were there. Best move of the night as the service, food, and ambience was top notch!!

The only down point was that the owner was not very friendly. My friend and I went to his restaurant for dinner he didnt appear to like or trust us very much. When we were seated he went out of his way to keep appearing by our table and watch us. Reasons unknown to myself or my friend. Other that that we have enjoyed each time we have stayed at the hotel.

Charming hotel filled with interesting artifacts for Buffalo and the founder/owner Russell Salvatores. Rooms are large, housekeeping is top notch, nice breakfast, bar area a great gathering option. Front desk team is friendly and helpful.
