Wonderful, warm and very helpful staff. We were initially placed in a room facing the back of the hotel but when I showed them pictures of what I was expecting to be a room with a balcony, they quickly moved us to another room. I really appreciated that! Breakfast was lovely and they even gave me a nice little birthday treat since it was my birthday on one of the days we stayed there. Excellent, quiet neighborhood and walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. The room was clean, spacious and well maintained. I wish we stayed longer!

As comfortable, beautiful and service oriented as this hotel is— in so many aspects— I had trouble getting to sleep and sleeping soundly due to noise from the street /balcony. I do recommend staying here, but suggest you book a room overlooking the delightful courtyard. This would make Ilum a perfect hotel in my opinion!

The staff was very nice and helpful and you can tell they are really trying to anticipate all their guests needs. The location was great. We were only there for one night so unfortunately we didn't get to try the breakfast or any of the amenities.

The staff made our stay truly wonderful. They were so helpful with anything we needed and gave us some fabulous restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was delicious with lots of healthy and fresh options. We would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Buenos Aires again.
