It was your average motel. Nothing special about or anything that stood out. It is in a great location though, within walking distance to many amenities such as Medieval Timea, Starbucks and Porto's bakery.

It’s nothing like the pictures! It was the worst stay! First night we didn’t get any sleep! The walls are very thin and you hear everything upstairs next door and outside! The shower had no hot water! The pool there’s rats and the spa was too hot! You would think for what you pay it would be better! The breakfast wasn’t good. All they had was bread cereal and waffles and yogurt. We will never stay here again!

The first room wasn't even cleaned. Beds were not made and there was @#$% in the toilet. The room we got was at least made up, but it was still dirty gross

For a supposedly “renovated hotel” I would say it was nothing close to what I was expecting. As soon as you walk in you can notice the details that can easily be fixed. The room decor was very poor quality for example, the ironing board was ripped off and torn. There was a stain on the ceiling clearly from a leak. Poorly patched holes in the walls. The room we stayed in was on the 2nd floor. You can hear the people walking from next door. To top it off there was a hair still in the shower from the previous person.

It is an older property, and it is rather typical for something of that age. The bedding was clean. The walls and surfaces need to be actually washed/cleaned. The room size was good. The location is great. The breakfast is very good, as long as you can eat carbs. For anyone with diabetes, it's a nightmare (waffles, bread, bagels, cereals, juices, yogurt with a lot if sugar). We had one diabetic in our party and he just drank water because everything else was going to really spike his blood sugar.

My kids went to the pool and there was rats running around at night and when we told the front desk he came out with a bucket??? Did not do anything about it, and I don’t know what he was planning to do with the bucket. I called for towels and a blanket a little after we checked in. Didn’t get them till the next day because all the guy said was he would check if we had some. Didn’t tell me we had to go get them. Customer service in the evening was horrible. Kept hearing a noice all night like water jet from the bathroom. Never again.

Charges $250 for not cleaning for the housekeepers

When we go to our room I was not impressed. There were dead roaches in the bathtub. The hot tub did not work. And only a couple of their guest laundry washers and dryers worked the rest were out of order. Ourstay was ok. We never had housekeeping stop to ask if we needed anything. We took our own trash to the dumpsters. Their breakfast was good. However, after walking around the room barefoot , the bottom of our feet turned black. Which in turn created dirty towels whenever anyone washed their feet before bed. Whenever I leave a hotel. I always pile all the dirty towels in one place for easy cleaning for the housekeeping. After I checked out, I had a fee for $250 charged on my card. When I called and asked about it. They sent me photos to my email saying the room was overly dirty when I checked out. Due to towels being in a pile under the sinks. The tub having dirt in the bottom from my kids washing their feet, my kids breakfast being left by the TV cause the garbages were full, and 2 paper crown and a vacuum seal bag being left on the floor. I was dumbfounded. I tried to call and talk to management twice. but conveniently for them the manager was never available to talk to. I would have disputed the charge with my bank but my mother in law , who was the reason for our stay, passed away 2 weeks later and created more important things to deal with than fighting a shady hotel. I will not stay there ever again. And would not recommend to anyone with a family.

Great spot for a quick stay! Close to any the major parks and full breakfast which was great! Only concern would be the slider door on bathroom had no closure but we made do!

We got a room with two beds, in which one had a yellow stain and a hair on the bed. The rest of the hotel room seemed to be clean, but the bathroom could use some maintenance. Overall seemed more like a motel than a hotel, and looks older than the pictures on Expedia. I’d only recommend it as a place to crash after a concert or something. We barely spent anytime in it. Walls are also very thin and I was woken up to kids running across the hallway outside, which sounded like it was in my room.
