Two Bedroom Chalet, in Penstowe Park Near Bude Cornwall close to Beaches.

This is a privately owned two bedroom chalet in the grounds of Penstowe Park Kilkhampton. It is very near the Beaches of Sandymouth, Bude and Crackington Haven. There is a pub in the village of Kilkhampton along with a Co-op and local stores. We are near the Tamar Lakes which is good for fishing and sailing. Bude is only 7 miles away which has several beaches and amenities. We are in Cornwall but close to Devon for those who wish to explore. The chalet is suitable for a family of four, it has a double bed and bunk beds with ample storages for clothes. It has a well equipped kitchen with everything you need including a cooker and microwave and fridge but there is no freezer. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Bedroom linen and kitchen tea towels etc are provided but you need to bring your own towels. The chalet is cleaned after you leave. There is a patio outside and chair and equipment in a locker for your use. The chalet has two colour TV's and small heaters including a Dyson Fan (Hot & Cold). No stag parties or large groups of teenagers, and all damages must be paid for. The electric meter is in the boiler cupboard and electric cards are purchased for your use from 'The Shack' on the T.Junction by the Manor House.

Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a kitchen, an oven, and a stovetop.
