The hotel was excellent, but the breakfast buffet is NOT free. In fact, it was quite expensive that we found breakfast elsewhere. Otherwise staff was very friendly, room was smaller, but very efficient use of the space. Liked the aroma of the lobby too.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel, and would definitely stay here again. Our room had gorgeous views, a very comfortable bed, and fantastic bathroom with separate shower room and toilet. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and spa were all extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely have a spa treatment while there, the massage therapist does an excellent job. The front desk staff helped us with restaurant bookings and evening cruise on the Danube as well as any questions we had. We felt very well taken care of 😊

Excellent location- the staff were very helpful and tentative to our needs. Front of house were great. Norman was especially helpful booking taxis and giving advice regarding travelling around the area. We had a fabulous time at Verno House.

The air conditioner A/C was not working correctly, we were not able to sleep well because the room was very hot. Also taking a shower was very challenging because the shower was overflowing and we had to clean after taking the shower and stop the water every 2 min so less water goes out.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Verno House. The lobby was beautiful, the staff friendly and professional. The room was clean and the bathroom was gorgeous. Great location with plenty of nice restaurants right down the block. To summarize; Perfect stay, don't hesitate to book the Verno House.

A must hotel!!!

1st time in Budapest, it was amazing Mainly!!!! because of tge front desk people. Smile, kind heart and there for the guest. Had a tech issue with the AC, It was on hot all the time, we advised the front desk, in lesss than 15 min the head arrives and escorted us to the 3rd floor with an upgread room.... Can't stop writing good things about the front desk but to be honest, also the hospitality during breakfast in the restorant was nothing less. Shapo, well done
