Great experience from check-in onwards. Lovely spacious room, excellent quality hotel overall. The spa whilst not large is a great place to unwind for an hour or 2. Would highly recommend this as a great place to stay in a Budapest.

Exceptionally clean, large spacious room. Great location to explore from. My only criticism would be that I spent some time prior to arrival arranging some added extras in our room for arrival to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. However, this must not have been noted and was not present on arrival. Our room was delayed for check in but we were offered a welcome drink during the short wait which was appreciated.

Ideal location just a few minutes walk from the Basilica with a great variety of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. We stayed in an Elizabeth suite with bath for 4 nights in January and the room was as good as any we have stayed in anywhere in the world. Large comfortable bed, fridge and drinks machine, large TV, large bath and a fabulous shower. We also popped to the spa for a dip in the hydro pool. Overall flawless

Everything was great. The beakfast however is too expensive, not sure why it was so far out of sync to local restaurant prices? Housekeeping were a little hit and miss. Hotel is however very clean and well maintained throughout and the staff were all lovely. Very well located for all the sights. No view from most of the rooms.
