Great place! Our 4th time staying here! Close and convenient to TAMU and Bryan! Roomy and comfortable! Perfect spot and great appliances! All you need is a quick trip to the grocery store and you are set for the weekend!

Attention to Detail and Just Perfect

This place is a real gem and well taken care of. The host made us feel at home with a bottle of wine and snacks. The accommodations were just right.. sleep number bed, comfy sofa, plenty of towels, and a cool surfer vibe. The owner was very communicative and it was very clean. Thank you for providing such a comfortable place to stay. Book with confidence.

Volleyball Tournament

Perfect location near the Legends Facility when we were in town for a volleyball tournament. The owner was very nice and responsive. The house was extremely nice, clean and accessible. The beds even had adjustable sleep number mattresses! We'll definitely book again the next time we're in town.

Favorite Stay!

We have been coming back to Aggieland for more than 30 years for games. We have stayed in hotels, motels, RVs and all kinds of home rentals. This was my all time favorite! Super convenient location as we like to stay towards Texas/University area. Super clean, spacious and comfy. Tucked away in the back of a home with plenty of parking. Washer/dryer were a bonus since I was coming in from a work trip and game day was a hot/sweaty mess!! The only recommendation I would have would be more visible/lighted address out front and maybe a “guest house this way” lighted signage for late arrivals. Otherwise perfect!!! And beautifully decorated!
