We were afraid to go into the bathroom; it was full of mold and overall unclean. Also, it serves no purpose to "say" you have internet, if the only place you can get it is in the hallway next to the admin office.

Look elsewhere and only use here as a last resort.

Even for the low price I paid this place is the pits. In need of some serious renovation. Mould in the bathroom. Toilet panel fallen off. Shower was pretty powerful but no shelf to place shower gel etc. Single bed is not wide enough to be a single. One plus side is the 24/7 reception.

1 star is way too many stars. There was dried blood on the curtains. The room smelled like old dirt, smoke, and cat urine. The stairs are dark, steep, and shallow. I’ve stayed in some rough places. This place is worse than all of them. Just disgusting.

Convenient location

It was pleasant but with some minor issues… no elevator- hard to manage luggage up the stairs, 1 bathroom light not working- reported but not fixed The sleeping area was big and the bed was very comfortable. Few meters from metro station and within walking distance to mayor attractions

When I got to the room there was an AC unit but no way to turn it on. When I went to the front desk they informed me it was not hooked up yet. They kept saying, we did not advertise that the room had AC. In the 20 countries I have been to, not ONE room did not have AC. This is end of July, the middle of summer, the room was a sauna! They could have done a portable AC unit in each room, maybe offer a fan… NOPE, nothing! I do not look to see the my hotel room has walls, electricity, ceilings, running water, heat/AC because these are the basics that every hotel needs, and for $90 I would expect nothing less!!!! Please do yourself a favor and never stay here, and lets hope this horrible business closes.

Worst hotel on earth

It's one of the worst hotels ever and we don't recommend anybody to book there. We stayed there only 1 night it is very dirty and they didn't clean under the beds where we found a lot of dust and old face masks. The room and the toilet smells horrible and the humidity is very bad there specially in the toilet and since my boyfriend has breathing problem the humidity and the mold in the toilet caused him a serious lung problem and we are stuck with the doctors now. Please please better to sleep in the street than sleeping there.

Basic but clean and quiet; friendly staff! Excellent location for public transport and food (carrefour supermarket, kebab shops). Downside: no elevator but narrow and steep staircase - not a deal breaker though.

The worst hotel, i hae stay in, cannot be more dirty as it is, even when you tell the staff that the room is super dirty, they just tell you, this what we have, we could give you a worst room, it feels very unsafe, I will never stay there again, I lost one nigth, because we couldnt stay anymore.

Very shabby hotel, and the price reflects it. Room was small and needed to be updated. Most of the furniture was worn to the point where it was falling apart. My room's bathroom apparently had a hole in it so when I had a shower it would leak into the room below. I was woken up two nights in a row by hotel staff to tell me about the problem, but they didn't actually do anything to solve it. I

This place was horrible! The window was broken, and when I tried to close it I found blood stains on the curtains. The bedding was stained with cigarette burns in them. And at night, I found rats in my room! Customer service was non-existent. The man at the front desk laughed when I told him. And after going to my room, finding the rat, then killing it, he tried to lie to me and say there was nothing. I would never recommend anyone stay here. You might as well sleep on the street.

AVOID - Not sure why this app can work with them

PLEASE AVOID! This is the worst hotel I have ever been, the main entrance is extremely narrow, actually the stairs are so close one each other. We asked for a room change and both were horrible, dirty, old, a totally mess. Im not sure why HOTELS.com can advertise this disgusting hotel. Totally dissatisfied with the hotel and the app. The breakfast was not even available. We want our refund. ¡POR FAVOR EVITE! Este es el peor hotel en el que he estado, la entrada principal es extremadamente estrecha, de hecho, las escaleras están muy cerca una de la otra. Stay somewhere else

In fairness, the location was pretty convenient. That said, I’d probably say this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Every surface in my room was stained, be it the bedsheets, curtains or walls. The room also smelled absolutely horrific and the toilet barely flushed. There were also bare wires on the floor which seemed a little dangerous. Probably best to avoid this place
