Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation, with a bright living room and balcony, a super equipped kitchen, this accommodation is located in the heart of Brussels, just behind is the Brussels canal and taxi tower. cafe and restaurant just in the alley You have the Delhaize just 50m walk, the accommodation is located 5min from the Gare du Nord, the tram is just when you cross the street, you have the surveillance cameras outside housing for your safety. VERY IMPORTANT to know that the apartment is shared !!! Who says! That it will be necessary to respect the interior regulations! It is strictly forbidden to bring guests back into the accommodation for the safety of other occupants! Do not touch personal belongings, do not access the room of other occupants, the cleanliness of the accommodation and the rooms are to be respected!!!! on your arrival you will have to deposit a rental guarantee of 250 per security, which will be refunded to you on leaving! If there is any damage in the apartment, then it is important to respect the instructions and the internal regulations. To smoke you can do it from the balcony! It is forbidden to smoke in the rooms.
