Nice room. Staff could be more welcoming.

Greeted on entry by a nice smell coming from the ground floor spa. Reception on top floor. Very good condition. Pristine bed room. Very spacious. Well laid out. Very comfortable bed. lots of towels. It would be perfect for a longer stay. Nice bar and restaurant but service was really slow and a couple of the staff quite abrupt. Breakfast was disappointing.

Claudia at the front desk made our stay outstanding. We were late for dinner and it was my wife’s birthday. Claudia went the extra mile to get her a small birthday dessert and a wonderful delicious meal. She was so kind a her service was outstanding! Breakfast was amazing! But Claudia shined. Ideal for a short stay near Brussels Airport, this hotel offers clean, spacious rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower was a highlight. Overall, it provided an upscale experience, and I’d gladly return for future stays near BRU.

Very new and clean hotel, nice room and comfortable bed. Friendly staff and great food at the restaurant. It is in a very isolated industrial area but it is an airport hotel so that is was fine. We took the shuttle twice and it was exactly on time.
