Buena ubicaciĂłn, mal servicio

Reserve una suite para 5 adultos. Se trata de un tercer piso sin ascensor y sin ventanas grandes, son tipo buhardilla. La habitaciĂłn tenĂ­a hasta 6 camas mĂĄs plegadas, algo que afea muchĂ­simo y estorba a los huĂ©spedes. Por otro lado, el frigorĂ­fico no enfrĂ­a. Comunicamos la averĂ­a pero no nos lo han solucionado en los cuatro dĂ­as que hemos estado alojados. La comida se puso mala y no nos dieron una soluciĂłn. El Ășltimo dĂ­a, para hacer el check out, necesitĂĄbamos dejar el equipaje en consigna, y estaba cerrado. No nos cogĂ­an tampoco el mĂłvil de contacto que nos habĂ­an dado. Nos fuimos y cuando regresamos a las 12, habĂ­an bloqueado el cĂłdigo de l habitaciĂłn y no podĂ­amos entrar a coger nuestro equipaje. DespuĂ©s de intentar contactar Fe varias formas, nos atendieron por telĂ©fono y nos volvieron a dar un cĂłdigo nuevo. Fue un momento muy estresante que se podrĂ­a haber evitado si nos hubieran atendido por la mañana temprano. En definitiva, la ubicaciĂłn y las comodidades eran buenas, pero el trato y el servicio, no.

Je vous Ă©cris concernant mon sĂ©jour dans votre Ă©tablissement. Je suis trĂšs déçue et mĂ©contente des conditions d’accueil de la chambre 2 1. Outre l’absence de refill dans les thĂ© et cafĂ© que nous avons mentionnĂ© lors du checkout, nous nous sommes rendu compte que la bouteille du mini bar n’était pas scellĂ©e mais remplie d’eau du robinet. Je trouve cela dĂ©plorable de la part des clients prĂ©cĂ©dents et ne compte pas payer pour leur ignominie et leur manque d’éducation. Le deposit demandĂ© Ă  l’arrivĂ© n’a Ă©tĂ© mentionnĂ© dans aucun Ă©change prĂ©alable. De plus je tiens Ă  signaler que les clients occupant la chambre au-dessus de la nĂŽtre non cessĂ© de faire du bruit jusqu’à 23h passĂ©e et se faisait Ă  nouveau entendre dĂšs 7h le matin

L' accueil a Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©able. Nous avions la chambre au 2Ăšme Ă©tage. Attention ⚠ pas d'ascenseur. La chambre vient d'ĂȘtre refaite Ă  neuf donc trĂšs agrĂ©able avec une trĂšs belle baignoire dans la salle de bain. Par contre, pas de volets donc un peu de lumiĂšre dans la chambre due Ă  l'enseigne de l'hĂŽtel. Attention ⚠ au petit dĂ©jeuner dans la salle d'accueil sur 1 seule grande table.....HĂŽtel trĂšs bien situĂ©.
