I would highly recommend this stay for anybody! Alex the host was so friendly and accommodating. We arrived before check in and he allowed us to come in early and drop off our luggage and gave us a tour of the property. Breakfast was nice and we even met his dog Luna :-). We were a block away from a portion of the Christmas markets and about 8 minutes from all the downtown shops and sights. Stop looking and just stay here!

The staff was very friendly and helpful right up to the moment we got into our Uber. Our room was large with an updated bathroom and comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious, especially the chocolate bread. Super flaky. Excellent location for Christmas market. Would stay here again.

Lovely stay from start to finish! Greeting and service was great. Breakfast was beautifully displayed with lots of choice and delicious. Denisse was super helpful during check-in and check- out. Family room was spacious and really nice shower. Area is mostly quiet but still centrally located, around 10 minutes to Grand Place.

Upon arriving at the property Alex met us outside, shown us around. Room was big and bed very comfortable, breakfast was great and very simple. Personnel accueillant, chambre très spacieuse, moderne et propre. Les espaces communs sont sympathiques et le petit déjeuner avec les autres personnes occupant les chambres voisines est convivial. Cependant, dans les chambres on vit également avec les autres (on entend le réveil de la chambre voisine à 6h45, la chasse d eau a 7h, la sonnette de la porte à 7h15, les gens qui montent les escaliers qui grincent et discutent devant leur porte à 23h). Très courte nuit malheureusement de ce fait mais avec un peu de chance on peut tomber sur des voisins plus respectueux. Le petit déjeuner est varié mais les choix sont restreints si on ne mange pas de charcuterie. Le sauna et les appareils de sport sont une bonne idée . Par contre une odeur de canalisation dans la salle de bain serait à revoir. Pour finir l’emplacement de la location au pied du marché de Noël est un plus non négligeable
