Don't expect Hilton quality. This is a stripped down version. No microwave or coffee maker. Signs in elevator say coffee in lobby 24 hours but twice i went to get coffee and they were empty. Had to use hand towels as bath towels since they only gave us 1 towel for 2 people.

The hotel was brand new and very clean! However, we checked in on Saturday and my house. Man had a cold shower on Sunday before we checked out. I had a cold shower. I do not mind paying the price for a beautiful clean hotel but I expect to have hot water. The person at the front desk promised me a free stay at one of their hotels and she would email me the information. I have yet to receive any information on any free stay at our hotel for one day! Very disappointed.

Reward customers had parking near front doors and handicap parking was down end of row . That is not a good thing . Handicap should be closest to door than reward customers.

Our stay was great. The staff was friendly and attentive and the the place was very neat and clean. My only complaint is that the luggage carts are awful hard to maneuver and too wide.
