90er Jahre Flair und wenig Gastfreundlich

Wenn man sehr viel Geld für 2 Übernachtungen zahlt, erwartet man auch einen gewissen Standard. Leider haben wir diesen im Parkhotel Schönblick nicht vorgefunden. Bei der Ankunft wurde weder nach unserer Anreise noch nach einer eventuellen Hilfe bei unserem Gepäck gefragt. Der Rezeptionist schien sehr lustlos und checkte uns wortkarg in unsere Suite ein. Keine Erklärung, kein Nachfragen. Auch seinen Mund-Nasen Schutz schien er maximal für seinen Mund zu mögen. Den Standard eines Hotels an einer Person zu beurteilen ist durchaus falsch, aber am Zimmer erwatete uns ebenfalls die vorgefundene Lustlosigkeit. Als erstes, alles war sauber und geputzt, allerdings war die Ausstattung bzw. das Design des Zimmers Anfang der 90er entstanden. Alle Farben, Bezüge und Gerdinen sind mindestens 20 Jahre alt. Selbst wenn dies gepflegt ist merkt man, dass hier viele Jahre nur Geld verdient wurde anstatt investiert. Für 2 Nächte haben wir deutlich über 500 Euro gezahlt aber eine Flasche Wasser, ein freunliches Wort scheint wohl entwas zu viel verlangt. Es macht den Eindruck, dass die perfekte Lage zum Kronplatz das alles wett macht. Was wir loben möchten ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Wir würden uns Wünschen das etwas von dem eingenommen Geld zurück in die Ausstattung des Hotels fließt und es noch lange in dieser tollen Lage existiert.

Hallo, nicht zufrieden. Das angebotene und gebuchte Zimmer von Hotel.com nicht bekommen. Kein Wasser oder Gläser auf dem Zimmer. Keinen festen Tisch beim Frühstück. Skiraum, Skischuhe kalt. Heizung nicht eingeschaltet. Massagen nicht im Haus, musste in anderes Hotel.

В номере было постоянно холодно, радиаторы практически холодные, приходилось спать под двумя одеялами. Холодильник не работал. Номер не комплектуется питьевой водой! Из мини косметики только гель для душа и мыло.Интерьер номера абсолютно убогий, мебель самая дешёвая. Вид из окна на перекрёсток абсолютно ужасен. И это за 250 евро в сутки!!! Жаловались с первого дня, но не смотря на то, что отель был наполовину пустой, никто на ничем не помог. Так и промучились 4 дня.

Sehr gut geführtes, einladendes Wohlfühlhotel

Schönes Wohlfühl-Hotel, man wird herzlich empfangen und fühlt sich gleich gut aufgehoben. Die 3/4 Pension ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Alles ist mit Liebe gekonnt und auf hohem Niveau zubereitet. Zimmer gibt es in unterschiedlichen Kategorien, da ist für jeden Geldbeutel was dabei. Auch da lohnt es sich etwas mehr auszugeben um ein modernes Zimmer zu bekommen. Es gibt einen schönen Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad und Saunen. Besonders angenhem fand ich den rutschhemmenden Natursteinfussboden, da hat mal jemand mitgedacht. Insgesamt innen und außen sehr gepflegtes Anwesen.
