Thank you …but no!

Erfahrung bei der Ankunft war schlecht. Man muss sich per Telefon melden - okay - aber dann kann der Telefonpartner nicht die Person vor Ort informieren. Wir haben 20 Minuten vor der Tür vergebens gewartet. Nach nochmaligem Telefonat kam jemand aus dem 2. Stock hinunter… verstehe ich nicht. Zimmer war nicht vorbereitet - eine Garnitur Handtücher und 1 Decke fehlten. Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Fenster waren teilweise verrottet und man sah nach draussen durch die Löcher.

Wir kamen an der Unterkunft an und niemand war vor Ort. Handynummer war ausgehängt. Von 2 Doppelzimmer konnte lediglich nur 1 gefunden werden und somit sagte man uns zwar es tut uns leid, aber Hotels.com hat einen Fehler gemacht.

Parkplätze entgegen der Annoncierung NICHT vorhanden (bzw. von der danebenliegenden Bank, die zu Recht mit abschleppen droht). Angeblich Rezeption von 06h00 bis 0h00 besetzt. War weder um 20h00 abends noch um 07h00 morgens der Fall (Zettel an der Türe ist wohl dauerhaft vorhanden). Obwohl ich meine Gehbeeinträchtigung angegeben hatte und um ein Zimner in der unteren Etage bat (nach Verfügbarkeit) war mein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss. Zimmertüre schräg abgeschnitten, damit sie in das Zimmer mit Dachschräge passte. Dafür ging sie nicht ganz auf (verzogener Laminatboden). Für große Menschen nur krabbelnd zu betreten. Fernseher so schlecht befestigt, dass er fast von der Wand fiel, bzw. so schräg hing, dass man nichts darauf sehen könnte. Kompletter Boden gerissen und aufgequollen. Heizkörper alle schief montiert und im Bad sogar unten durchgerostet. Fenster mit Holzrahmen einfach verglast waren offen und ich habe nicht gewagt, sie schliessen zu wollen. Dafür war es sauber und das Bett ordentlich (Matratze gut). Aber ehrlich... es reicht nicht, ein heruntergekommenes Gebäude Hotel zu nennen und das dann zu vermieten. Es ist-höflich ausgedrückt-eine echte Frechheit, das in diesem Zustand anzubieten. Das mag für Monteure angehen. Aber auch dann wäre der Aufenthalt für mich einmalig.
