Air-conditioned living spaces for comfort, 🛶kayaks for exploring or fishing 🐠, and a dock to tie up your water toys🚤. You'll have everything you need for outdoor fun, including kayaks, boogie boards, inflatable tubes, croquet equipment, fishing poles, and more. Settle into the night with a nice fire at the fire pit lakeside eating a s'more or drinking your favorite beverage with your closest family & friends.

***WINTER GUESTS: First floor has heat; each bedroom has an additional heater if needed. The sunroom has heated tile floors. Dock is removed during off-season.

Very clean, great location. Shower was a bit small for the larger broad shouldered men, but got the job done. Few little hiccups there was only 2 paddles for 4 kayaks so we could not all go out at same time. There was no sceubber for the diahes and the garbage disposal was nit working properly. Overall good experience. Easy check in and out. Wiah the check out time was later felt a bit rushed in the morning. Would love to enjoy the lake with a cup of coffee ine last time.

We had an amazing time during our stay. The cottage is exactly how it is displayed in the photos with added touches for a cozy cottage vibe. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of water toys. We used the kayaks, paddle board and fished off of the dock. We didn’t want our vacation to end. The shower is a bit small but we made do. It’s definitely not a deal breaker.Overall great place, location & host!We love this area.

This property was perfectly located for our needs. Walking distance to Jerry’s restaurant was a plus! The view from the deck was so relaxing and beautiful. We stayed outside from sun up to sun down. We felt right at home.

Wonderful stay with teens

We had a great time in Brooklyn for the State cross country finals. The beds were comfortable, the house was warm n cozy while outside the trees and lake were all the shades of autumn! We even walked to dinner.
