Away from it all and under the stars. This modern unit offers a relaxing, quiet experience. Conveniently located just off Hwy 101, close to amenities and the famous Bay of Fundy (highest tides in the world). Enjoy your own semi-private space in our backyard with a stunning view of the valley. See the sunrise while sipping your coffee, splash in the pool on hot days and have your BBQ at the picnic table. Look at the stars while the firepit keeps you cozy or snuggle up inside on those rainy days.
Things to be mindful of while staying with us.

1.) We ask you to please remove your outdoor footwear upon entering the home.

2.) No parties or events are to be held.

3.) You will stay in a quiet neighborhood and we ask you to keep it that way. Excessive noise after the hours of 10 pm will not be tolerated.

4.) No additional guests are permitted to stay unless they are listed in the booking.

5.) PARKING: Please use the designated parking spots on the gravel area directly in front of the home. Make sure to NEVER block the main driveway as it is shared with other residents.

6.) ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME!

7.) Please make sure all appliances are off and washer/dryer are not in use while the house is vacant.

8.) Please respect the check-in and check-out times.

9.) Take extra care of keys (Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $20)

10.) Rearranging of furniture is not recommended. If needed, please return them to their origin.

11.) Keeping the place tidy and doing dishes before departure is a welcomed practice.

12.) ABSOLUTELY NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES are allowed on our premises.

13.) When using the BBQ, please keep a distance from the house. Never leave it unattended and make sure to shut off the propane after use.

14.) Children and people with no solid swimming skills are not allowed in the pool without a caretaker to watch at all times.

15.) Make sure to put the fire out when leaving the firepit area after use!

Loved this secluded, private area. Although we stayed out of season for pool use, the area looked inviting and enjoyable. Host left no stone unturned, and the unit was spotless and well equipped.

Really clean, comfortable place to stay not far off the highway, and close to Middleton. As someone else mentioned you should not be put off by the driveway entrance. Beds were very comfortable, nice soft sheets & lots of towels/facecloths. Super quiet at night. Thank you for the lovely fall weekend getaway!

A lovely little place tucked away in the country. Nicely kept, comfortable and clean. We were just minutes away from Middleton and amenities. For us it was convenient stop over to and from our tourism destinations. We will definitely return if we are heading to the area again. For two couples on a budget it allowed us privacy, sharing a space but not a room.

Comfortable, spacious "cottage"

Don't be put off by the lack of curb appeal, the apartment attached to the main home is situated at the back and has a spectacular view of the valley. The sunrise was stunning. The unit was spotlessly clean. It looked newly constructed and had a cute cottage vibe. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was suitably equipped, the bathroom had a full laundry attached. Tons of hot water, and filtered drinking water at the sink. The host was very accommodating to a change in date and check in was super easy. It was also very quiet and cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much.
