"The hotel was clean and front desk staff was friendly if you could find them. For a hotel that has a sign outside that states pot is not allowed, floor 2 absolutely stunk of pot. There was someone on that floor smoking. Tried to report it but couldn't find anyone to do so. Next, the bed is terrible. My ribs were literally sore because the mattress was so hard. We will not be staying there again."

"Got to the hotel front desk to check in for a two night stay and had to wait for 45 minutes to check in as attendant couldn't access the system due to a system password reset issue. The other attendant would try to log into the system and could not access the system either because the current attendant cleared the auto-fill history and due to that neither attendant could access the system. After traveling in -30 degree weather I jus wanted to relax in my room. The attendant finally called an individual on the phone and tried to resolve the situation and eventually the person on the phone stated she could remotely check me in and asked for my credit card info over the phone. I was able to check in and get to my room but there still wasn't any access to the system so I had to wait to sign and initial my check in form. The difficulties with the check in process, having to give my credit card info out over the phone, the hardness of the beds did not create an ideal getaway for my weekend. However, the amenities in the room, temperature control and the location of the hotel were superb. The hotel was super quiet and the access to the elevator to get to the 3rd floor room was very convenient. Would possibly stay again if the plushness of the matresses were a bit more confortable. "
