Blueberry Bliss is a private three-bedroom cabin in Hochatown just minutes from Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park — and close enough to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and local attractions. Designed for up to 9 guests, this home blends outdoor adventure with relaxed comfort, centered around its private fishing pond and family-friendly spaces.

This is kids fishing in the afternoon, an easy dinner in town, and evenings around the fire.

◇ Important Notes:
• Maximum occupancy: 9 guests
• Dog-friendly: Up to 2 dogs with prior approval. $150 per dog per stay. (Dogs only — no other pets.)
• No parties or events
• No smoking indoors, on porches, or on decks. Smoking is welcome in the driveway or in rocked and dirt areas of the property.
• Primary renter must be 25+ (21–24 with prior approval)
• Rental agreement required before arrival

Stay Details:
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• No extra guests beyond booking

Fees & Penalties:
• Over-occupancy: $300 per guest over max
• Unapproved/unlisted dogs at the property: $300 per dog

Security Cameras For guest safety and property protection, two exterior cameras are installed — one at the front entry and one at the rear/back patio area. Cameras are outward-facing and monitor only arrival, parking, and property access. There are no cameras inside the home.
