Great place to stay with family. Had everything we needed. Wish it had a vacuum so we could have vacuum the dust up that the broom didn’t get.

Great stay!

I do think the cleaning services need to do a better job of up keeping. Several lights out or flashing that need changed and they left somebodies dirty soap bar in one of the showers. Other than that we had a wonderful stay!

Amazing Cabin - Will Return!

We spent Fall Break with a group of friends and all of our kids and loved this cabin! The location was perfect, the cabin was very nice and clean, and had everything we needed. Also, the mattresses in every bed were amazing!!!

Perfect location, great amenities, we love it

The stay was great. House was great. Enjoyed everything. There was a water leak in upstairs bathroom but they responded immediately and had it fixed in no time. If we ever go back to Hochatown best believe we will be staying here again!

Dirty cabin and Horrible smell

When we arrived in the cabin we felt that the cleanliness was just picked up not actually deep cleaned from the previous stay. The bed sheets had blood stain on the pillow. The floors were absolutely disgusting as if they didn’t mop them. I have a 1 year old that I could put down because it was so dirty. The fire pit where we wanted to spend our time was not enjoyable due to the horrible septic smell all weekend. We called to have it looked at and it was still not fixed. On NYE we went to cooked our food on the grill that was provided and it wouldn’t get hot so we called for new propane which was empty but had to make 2 more calls due to it still not heating. We travel to broken bow to enjoy the outside and we were stuck inside the entire time. The amount of money we spent on this cabin was not worth the money.

Awesome stay

Found this property to host my annual holiday cabin weekend with friends. The cabin was perfect for our needs. Very spacious and clean as shown in the pictures. We had no issues the entire weekend and had an amazing experience. Thank you for allowing us to make this our home for the weekend.

I enjoyed the quality time with my family. The cabin was nice and spacious. We especially enjoyed the game room. The beds were amazing. We did not like the lack of blinds in the living area. We would prefer a key entry and not a key pad entry. The fire pit and outside seating was nice but we were unable to enjoy as much due to the sewer smell! Overall the stay was good for the price.

The property was the perfect size for our large family. It was clean and homey and had plenty of activities to keep the kids busy. It was also close to activities in the area. The only negative is the oven cooks very hot on the bottom. Have to bake with racks at the very top or bottom of whatever you're cooking burns before its done. Excellent stay overall.

We stayed here for a family getaway and had a wonderful time! Great place for families with multiple ages! (our group: 6 adults & 6 kids) This rental met all of our expectations. Process for renting was easy and management answered all questions quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Nothing But Amazing 🤩

We were a family of 12 although our stay was short (2 days) the Home was Beyond Perfect 🤩 From supplying all essential one would need for the stay, to available wood for pit with starters. The Bathrooms were perfect in all Suites We couldn’t have asked for a better stay & the outdoor fun on the patio was the cherry 🍒 on Top. Would Most Definitely Recommend & Rebook another getaway.

Fun Girls Weekend Getaway!

We had 14 girls that stayed here and had plenty of space; with the comfortable indoor living space with fireplace and the excellent outdoor living space with fireplace and hot tub! Beautiful kitchen! Any questions we had for the property manager were answered in a timely manner. Loved the beach towels provided and the extra throw blankets! We used the grill too! Great private location, right off of the main road. We would definitely come back here!
