I reserved a handicap accessible room for my elderly mother who uses a rolling walker. The bathroom was so small she could not bring her walker in with her. The bed was so high that she could not get into it. When I asked for another room I was told they were all the same. I requested a cot so that my mother could lay down. It took over an hour for it to be delivered and it looked dingy. Also, once we set it up, mom was unable to maneuver around the room with her walker because the space was so small. She was restricted to the space outside of the bathroom which was the only area where we could set up the cot. The room was clearly not ADA compliant.

The property is under construction and can you some major upgrades. My room spelled like smoke and there were stains on the carpet. The walls and doors in the halls were dirty. There were random people hanging outside of the hotel and it did not appear to be safe. I was very unhappy with my stay and ended up leaving the same night.
