Tricky check in

A "special" on-line check in was required, because this is an apartment without a "front desk." This had to be done before a code and location for a key pickup was disclosed. I understand the process now, but the on-line check in is not easy and may not be possible on a hand held device with potentially questionable connectivity. I managed, and it all turned out, but the process should be disclosed during booking and not just a day before.

this is a luxury property in great location but it has not be properly maintained. Fridge did not work at all. blinds not working properly, bedside light. needs cafetiere to make coffee. Worlds cheapest bendy corkscrew! clothes hangers needed.
