I have used Stayz, and several other organisations numerous times both here and overseas and never have I had such a terrible experience. Early check in information request responded to with, "thank you for that information"and did not happen. After asking for this on the check in afternoon I was sent a web site link, This did not work, I cut and pasted and got to the site but the check in page would not open. After advising the agent I was sent an email with check in instructions which were "Incorrect" stop at crossing and collect key from lockbox behind "TO LEASE" sign. No crossing and no sign, I simply cannot understand why any thoughtful person would hide a lock box behind a non permanent sign that belonged to someone else. The first mention of the car park says level B1 number 315 in fact the park was C315 on level B2. so around 2 hours after we arrived and with help from permanent residents we finally managed to get to the unit. We had driven around 1200 klm from Cobar NSW that day so we were tired and very stressed when it was so hard to access the unit and parking space. If I were the owner of this property I would remove the property from this agent and find a "Competant " representative"
