It was great to stay there for a couple of nights on a work trip. Quiet area, so I could get some really good sleep. Dining downstairs is perfect for dinners and breakfasts.

The staff where fantastic and the parking very handy the bistro on sight was excellent The beds are comfy and great hot water and pressure and the housekeeping was excellent we slept in and when we went out for a late lunch our room had been done

Deceptive and Unprofessional Management

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this hotel’s management. I drove all the way to the property at 3 a.m. to cancel my booking in person. The front desk clerk, after consulting with her supervisor, confirmed that my booking was canceled. Based on this assurance, I left the property and returned to the Gold Coast. However, hours later, I received a call from another manager stating that my booking was not canceled after all. If I had been told this upfront, I could have stayed at the hotel instead of leaving. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund despite the earlier confirmation of the cancellation by two of their staff members or even agreed to another date. This kind of miscommunication and refusal to honor what was promised is unacceptable and unprofessional. Avoid this hotel if you value clear and honest service. Very shady management!
