Terrible Place to Stay!!

Terrible place to stay! Waiting on average 25mins for a lift is ridiculous. Constant banging on the walls from the room next door at random times throughout the night gave me a heartattck at 3am. Requested 11am checkout night before, girl said all good put it in the system, get a call at 10.15am from a rude staff member saying I have missed checkout by 15mins, I told her I requested an 11am checkout last night, she did not care or try to be accomatading. 5mins later loud thumping on the door from housekeeping who where just as rude. Would never recommend staying here!!

Was so disappointed during my stay, after check out forgot a bottle of perfume . Rung the following day to ask if house keeping had found it while cleaning the room. We were told the room had not yet been cleaned and they would let us know. Mind you that was a day after check out. So to me that meant rooms aren’t cleaned for days. And also the staff are dishonest. I have stayed at plenty hotels where I have left stuff behind and able to recover them. Do not recommend

Great views and new residence

Great location to explore Brisbane, enjoy the wharf precinct and casino - short walk to things to see and do. Room was brand new with everything you need. Great views of the city and river! Would stay again, loved it.

Location was amazing as expected. Unit was clean and modern. I cant believe they've built a brand new apartment block with physical keys to enter the door, only 3 lifts which leads to huge wait times to get up to your floor, and non block out blinds. Dont have a big night at the casino unless you want the sun waking you haha
