I stay just over a week and complained twice about the slow house keeping due to lack of staff so a hotel that size. Rooms should not need cleaning after 4.40pm. The staff did a good job with the cleaning therefore they’re understaffed to keep up with the number of room. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Brisbane on business and never had to complain once in 8+ yours if quarterly visit. So extremely disappointed. I stay

It was a wonderful stay from our arrival to departure. Staff were very welcoming. Only comment that I would make is that the cleaning of the room was quite late - close to 4.00 pm.

Beautiful property. I’ve stayed at a few FV properties, this is by far the best. Everything from the rooms to fitness centre were clean and well maintained. The room was incredibly quiet, bed was very comfortable. Great location near James St. 5 Stars. Highly recommend.

The hotel was nice and good location, room was a bit on the unclean side but the sheets and towels did get changed daily. Every room service order needed additional interactions for cutlery to also be brought to us, otherwise it was a pleasant stay.
