I paid extra to have the sofa to be made up. When I arrived a clean sheet and a pillow were left on the sofa and there were no blankets provided other than a thin one for the main bedroom.

Comfortable ,older large apartment style room. Good facilities. carpark was crammed/tight. Convienent to Hospital. Great river views.

we were arriving late, so 'after-hours' check in instructions were sent, but the key was not where it was supposed to be, the emergency number provided was going to message bank, no help available, ultimately had to go elsewhere to stay the night and pay premium price

Uncomfortable sofa bed

The sofa bed was horrific to try to sleep on. The springs dug into me all night. I hardly got any sleep. The bed was just springs with nothing covering them much. I tried to cover them with towels and a blanket. I will never stay there again. I would not want anyone to have to sleep on the sofa bed!
