We requested twin beds for the duration, which apparently was noted - but the bed was made as a king. Eventhough there were 3 adults on the booking, we were only issued 2 towels. Had to request more. We ended up splitting the bed and making up the twin beds with the bedding already there. We asked for a late check out and was told we would be charged $25 per hour.

Fantastic unit ,well decorated and everything we needed. Loved how clean and spacious it was in a great location...so close to everything and some great cafes/bars etc locally. Always quiet and great facilities in the building. Our kids loved the pools and the views from the top floor. Check in and check out were easy and the parking was well worth the $25 per day fee. Easy and straightforward and we would definately stay again if we were in Brisbane

I stayed for 2 days and there was no hot water at any time in the 3 rooms I was given. Not even at quiet times (2am, 4am, 1pm, etc.). This couldn’t be resolved as it seemed there were no management or maintenance staff available or on site, only a single receptionist that didn’t have any understanding of the issue and who couldn’t leave the desk. There were a few other minor issues, like very limited soundproofing, dirty dishes, and car parking complications. This apartment hotel is otherwise modern with good rooms and facilities, so could be a nice place to stay, dependent on which room you get. But if you do have complications expect to walk back and forth between the 3 buildings to talk to the receptionist. The call centre booking staff will not assist with any onsite issues.

It had a full kitchen and well set up, but I didn't actually use the kitchen. The couch looked like it was on a weird angle, but it was comfortable to sit on. The balcony area was a good size and comfortable. The balcony floor could do with a clean I need to wear shoes as it was sticky. The view of mountains was good. Best to enjoy mountain view in the mornings it does get nice and hot with the western sun around sunset.

Room was nice but the difficulty in accessing the main tower/reception if you were in a different “tower” was horrendous, particularly after hours. Don’t recommend if you have young children or a pregnant wife as it made checking out incredibly difficult. We had to walk up a steep hill with our luggage at 5am this morning just to drop our keys off to the main tower. I’d recommend getting a key return box in the foyer of each tower to make life easier for people. The chaos this morning was a disappointing way to end the trip.
