As a part of a Renovated Post War Worker's Cottage, this contemporary self-contained Studio for singles or couples offers a relaxed ambience within a private garden property, not far from the waterfront.
Seas & Leaves Studio is the perfect accommodation if you have an Event or Celebration to attend in the Bayside area or you would just like a weekend away to unwind from your busy weekday life, wherever that may be.
Close by, we have restaurants and takeaway places within walking distance of this cosy studio or you will find a restaurant, café or club to suit your taste and budget in Manly Village or Wynnum Precinct. Manly’s local markets offer local crafts and delicious fresh produce each Sunday morning. The Jan Power's Food Markets also offer various selections of fresh produce in Manly every 1st and third Sat of the month
At Seas & Leaves, we are a Smoke & Vape free property as well as being chemical free. We are unable to accommodate any pets at our property as we have our Russian Blue Burmese, Oscar who is outside during the day and inside at night.
The Wynnum Manly waterfront is perfect for enjoying the bay activities of bird and sea life, sailing boats, a mangrove boardwalk or just sitting on one of many park benches along the foreshore. There are various takeaway places scattered along the waterfront too, if your taste buds long for Fish & Chips by the Bay.

A wonderful, relaxing stay at a beautifully maintained and presented property. The decor was comfortable, practical and welcoming. We wanted for nothing that could have made our three day stay better. Our hosts were charming and engaging and went above and beyond to look out for us as a possible nasty thunderstorm approached the area. We loved the privacy and peacefulness of the location, and the view to the back garden off the deck was divine. So close to Manly too! What a lovely wee paradise!!

Lovely property, and contains everything you need for a long or short stay. I stayed for 8 weeks whilst on a secondment for work. The studio was spacious and clean and tidy. Great location for the train station and a short walk down onto the beach front. The garden was beautiful and very peaceful. Hosts were very kind and provided everything I needed. Daughter’s birthday visit

Yve’s place was a delightful retreat. A lovely leafy outlook and a large covered deck area adjoin the room. The room itself is tastefully furnished and extremely clean and comfortable with fans and air conditioning, as well as a neat little kitchen area and lovely comfortable bed. Perfect for a short stay or even for a few days. The REAL plants were a nice touch as well.We will definitely be returning. Thanks so much, Yve.

Comfortable, cosy, quiet

Central location with lots of amenities within minutes of the property. Very well appointed with everything you could need and more. Wander around the beautiful garden or just relax on the deck with a cuppa - very peaceful. Lovely host who obviously goes out of her way to ensure you enjoy your stay.
