It’s a very tired hotel. (Written 2025). More like a hostel. Laminate floor was peeling up in our room in the corner, air con ancient and broke during the night. Fine for a sleep close to station but very basic. Staff are very kind and polite
Nice hotel with a comfy bed, and excellent shower pod. Hotel was quiet at night, so we got a really good night's sleep. Forgot my phone charger when we checked out, and the staff were more than happy to give me access to the room to pick it up. No complaints, would stay again

Breakfast was burnt, the first day could forgive, but this then seemed the normal standard. Air con not working. Convenient for the station and what I was doing.
Good hotel, central and near station, with all the necessary facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Some intermittent, annoying street noise outside the hotel, but overall a very good stay.
This is a budget hotel in need of major refurbishment. Due to the condition and the facilities available you feel as though you have been highly overcharged. I felt like I was staying in a hostel not a hotel. I was extremely disappointed on the service and condition of the hotel based on the price I paid. I will never stay there again!
Bed nice and clean but a lot of long black hairs in bathroom (I’m blonde my husband is bald) glasses in bathroom and coffee cups on tray grubby but otherwise fine.
No parking or even waiting on street is the major disadvantage. You are less than 100 yards from Brighton station and buses stop right outside. Good base to do discover the City. Rooms are clean modern and well maintained. Didn't try food but there is no need as there are loads of food options within walking distance
