Disappointing stay

we messaged hotel 3 times about parking before we stayed but got no reply, the room needs a lot of maintenance very tired, no shelf in bathroom for toiletries, plug in sink not holding the water, 3 hangers, no usb ports, bathroom had horrible smell, very overpriced, chandelier above bed looked like it could fall on us while sleeping, dirty walls needs a bit of a revamp

Normally OK, but freezing this time

Have stayed here a few times and it’s usually OK. This time the Room was freezing cold as radiator wasn’t working on a 2 degree January day. communication was so slow that by the time I was told by text I could swap rooms I’d already given up and gone to sleep.

Not bad room

Clean room but I was in room 0 next to front door and window in my room was at street level so you could hear conversations of passers by and people trying to get in and out front door. Mixed feelings as I would stay there again but not in that room

Lovely room with everything we needed, great location! Just out of the city but within walking distance. Park was easy and close by. The bed was very comfortable but the highlight for me was the bath tub in the bedroom! Very cool.

An ideal location to explore Brighton. Our room was a little small. However, i did expect this from some other reviews so it wasnt a big issue. We only needed a bed for the night and the rest of the time we were out. The communication, facilities and location were spot on!
