Electronic access to the building, with security cameras, full commercial fire sprinkler and alarm systems, All essentials within walking distance - groceries, movie theater, restaurants, shopping, personal care salons, etc. Separate HVAC controls and water heaters. All new appliances and fixtures.
Note: This is a historic building with very tall ceilings and a corresponding tall stairway to the apartments. It is not accessible by wheelchair nor can it meet ADA standards for access.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
