Captive audience

Parking was easy, not many people staying. No breakfast available. Front desk was terrible. I needed to stay another day, but, despite the few cars in the lot, I was told I couldn’t stay in the room I was in.

Weekend stay

Stayed at this hotel for a family wedding. Overall cleanliness is great, however we never received room service and when we asked for new towels we had to get them ourselves as they didn’t have staffing to deliver them. Casino has pretty strict rules but not enough staffing to show you how to use the slot machines (I’m not a gambler) had to wait along time for drinks. The pub food is so so, service was great, staff friendly.

One of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Dining at the casino was of great quality. More wait staff is needed for how busy the restaurant gets. The casino does plenty of business and should consider adding more tables for table games.
