Perfect accommodations for our night out at a concert! This host is wonderful. She was accommodating with an early check-in, flexible in allowing our adult kids to come up and have dinner with us before the show and her communication was always timely and pleasant! I highly recommend!!!

Had to relocate

My husband and I had to relocate after staying at the property for one week of our two week stay. The furniture in the property was substandard which severely aggravated a previous injury of my husbands. We relocated to a nearby hotel costing us over 800. There was little mention of the 3 flights of stairs to gain entrance to the property. With my husbands injury had we known about this we would have passed on this one. The bed is located directly adjacent to a stairway leading to the second floor. There was no gate to prevent anyone from falling down the stairs in the middle of the night. Contact with the property manager was pleasant and tried to accomodate. This property location is next to the local college, it would be better targeted to a younger audience.

Needed a place to crash during weekend event

Place was comfortable and had everything I needed and I didn’t mind the multiple flights of stairs to the apartment. Host was helpful and supportive when I left some personal items.

Decent room But boiling hot

The area this house is in is fine. But this room was three flights high, and that's fine, but it was not mentioned in the Vrbo description. Also, how it is constructed with slanted walls makes you bump your head constantly. You can look past all that, BUT there was no A/C, and it was very hot. I told the owner, and she said they "forgot to turn it on for us." It was 80 degrees plus all weekend, and all they offered us was a (heavy) window and floor ac unit that we had to bring up the three flights of stairs. Having both the units on at full blast for hours might have lowered the temperature in the room by 5 degrees. Overall I would not plan on staying here again.
