- Dining area: a large table that can accommodate up to six guests inside and outside.

- Spacious living room: open to an east-facing terrace, with a Grand Bec view, including connected flat screen TV, internal channel with all the information of the residence, sofa bed and 2 armchairs.

- Free wifi access: with a network dedicated to our residences.

- Strongbox.

NIGHT AREA :

- Suite bedroom with access to the east-terrace, including a choice of a 180 x 200 cm double bed or two single beds 90 x 200 cm, private bathroom with toilet, flat screen TV.

- Double room, including a double bed 140 x 200 cm, private shower room, flat screen TV, desk.

- In order to accommodate 2 more people (6 people max/apartment) - a sleeping arrangement in the living room with the convertible sofa bed 160 x 190 cm is possible within confirmation of the Residence.

For last minute reservations: By default beds are prepared as double beds
