Perfect!

We had a great stay in this suite. Pictures were super accurate, everything was so clean. They had amenities that I didn’t even think about bringing but needed (iron/ironing board). We were up for a wedding and the space was perfect for two: small fridge/freezer, a super nice bathroom, and a comfy bed and TV. Check in was easy, the online guidebook that was provided was so helpful! It even had restaurant recommendations like Rek-Lis restaurant which was so good. The owner also was great with communication, we didn’t really need anything but I imagine if we did he was a text away. Thank you so much!

Relaxing retreat

This cute one bedroom was perfect to relax in after partying at the Mt Washington hotel for a wedding. The wedding was at the top of the gondola and we were able to walk to the gondola from this place. Clean and comfortable!!!

Suite and excellent

We were very happy with our stay. The location is excellent with being right on the slope. It was easy to get on and off the trail to ski lodge and back to the suite. The space was cozy and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and ensured us of a very peaceful, rejuvenating sleep. It is well kept and clean. It was the perfect suite for two. An easy drive to Fabyans for a great meal/ drinks along with the atmosphere too. The owner was accommodating and communicative ensuring we had all we needed to enjoy our getaway weekend. The perfect place for a couples weekend.

Just a suggestion

The weather was not the best during our stay. It would have more comfortable if the big chair was replaced with a small table and 2 chairs. We would up eating in the bed. Having a table would allow for a card or board game. I would also replace the toaster with a toaster oven to give more meal options.

Great location right on the mountain. Very comfortable and outfitted to easily have breakfast and lunch in condo. Many restaurants very near by for dinners.

Scatter rugs

I had a very nice day place was very clean and the location was great. It really does not have a kitchenette. It’s basically a hallway with no place to sit to have coffee. The only other complaint that I’d have would be that there’s too many scatter rugs, that could be a tripping hazard.

Awesome ski in and ski out!

Loved this place! Great place, great location and great communication! Greg’s place is wonderful - the house is perfectly sized for a couple of people,m. It’s exactly as described and the easy online guide provided all the necessary details. The location right on the bunny hill cannot be beat - so awesome to hop right on the trail in the morning and ski right back to the front door in the afternoon. Will absolutely look to stay here again!

Bellissimo weekend sulla neve

La casa è in una posizione ideale, a pochi passi dal parcheggio della funivia per arrivare alle piste da sci. Abbiamo trovato tutto in ordine e pulito, in cucina in un raccoglitore tutte le informazioni necessarie per l'arrivo alla casa e su cosa fare nel momento di lasciarla. Oltre a questo consigli e informazioni per attività da fare sul territorio in tutte le stagioni, ristoranti e pizzerie della zona. La casa è bella, accogliente e in cucina si può trovare tutto ciò che serve, più di quel che di solito si trova in case di vacanza. Paola, la proprietaria, ci ha fatto pervenire tutte le informazioni per il check-in, ha risposto a tutte le domande fatte in modo celere e preciso e alla fine ci ha concesso di procedere con il check-out più tardi del previsto.

Nice little place to stay and ski

Incredibly convenient location right on the bunny slope at Bretton Woods. Comfortable (huge!) bed, big TV, fridge, microwave, toaster. I’d suggest bringing a tray or a small table to hold your morning breakfast or any meal, as there’s really no place to sit down to eat, but that was a minor inconvenience. I was the only person staying in the entire building when I was there midweek, and it was very quiet. A nice place for a mini-vacation! And the skiing was excellent.

Great ski vacation

My son and I stayed here for a ski weekend at Bretton Woods. The condo was perfect for what we wanted—great location just off the mountain, spotless and comfortable lodging. Greg was a great host, providing us with a detailed guide that answered any questions we might have had and keeping in touch via email leading up to and during the stay. We’ll definitely book here again the next time we come up to this area!

Great spot but weird layout. The former common entryway has a microwave and fridge. In a closet with toaster and coffee maker on a stand In front of a door to another unit.

Perfect Location

Perfect place for a couple to spend a weekend skiing! The property manager (Greg) was very responsive and helpful to all of our questions. It has a very modern feel (very comfortable bed and awesome shower) and clean. Definitely bring a pair of slippers if you stay there. Will definitely stay there again in the future. For us the following was not a negative but some others may feel different..... If you want to relax after skiing or dinner the only places are the bed or the padded bench in from of it which was more than adequate for us as we spent most of our free time off property.

Great stay!

Excellent location, truly the first property on the beginner hill. The property is recently updated, and very well maintained. Great communication with the host, and bar codes here are there to provide instructions. Really could not be better.
