On the rugged coastline, approximately 200 meters from the seafront, the surf spot, and Sauzaie beach, this traditional 2-bedroom house features a direct entrance into a living/dining room (sofa, armchairs, coffee table, flat-screen TV, table and chairs, sideboard), a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, small refrigerator, oven, microwave), and an adjoining utility room (washing machine, second refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher).

There are two bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed and wardrobe, the other with two 90cm beds and wardrobes), a bathroom (bathtub, sink), and a separate toilet.

A mezzanine provides a relaxation area.

Wi-Fi access is available.

Garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol, barbecue, sun loungers) is provided. Parking is available on the property.

Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Tourist tax is not included.

An optional end-of-stay cleaning service is available, subject to availability (€100 extra), and can be booked through the agency.
