Nicely furnished house, directly by the sea. With your feet in the sand within 1 minute.

Located just 50 meters from the beach, where the Westerschelde flows into the North Sea. The property was built in 2012 and has been rented since March 2013. Our house is fully equipped and can accommodate 6 people. There is a large terrace on the south and a smaller terrace on the east. Wi-Fi is included in the rental price. The house has television and DVD. You can use an indoor swimming pool, tennis and playground in the park opposite our house for a fee. In addition to the 6 permanent sleeping places, there are also two cots available. You can rent bicycles in Breskens.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.

Sehr schönes Haus, nicht weit vom Meer entfernt.Gut ausgestattet, leider teilweise etwas veraltet. Sauberkeit im Bad nicht so toll. Schade, dass kein/nur wenig Toilettenpapier vorhanden ist.Ansonsten toller Aufenthalt und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Tolles Haus für Familien

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Breskens. Wir waren viel mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs. Breskens ist eine gute Ausgangsposition für viele Ausflüge. Der riesige Strand mit etwas mehr Gezeiten (ca. 4m) liegt direkt hinter dem Haus. Das Haus ist praktisch und gut ausgestattet.Von Toilettenpapier bis Spülmittel war alles vorhanden. Fernseher mit Netflix. Supermärkte und der Ortskern sind in 2-3km Entfernung ausreichend vorhanden. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Für unsere Bedürfnisse: ein perfekter Urlaub

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus, weil uns die Aufteilung, die Einrichtungen und insbesondere die Nähe zum Strand so gut gefallen. Es laufen zwar täglich viele Leute am Haus vorbei, um zum Strand zu kommen, wir haben das aber nie als störend wahrgenommen.Gesamturteil: einfach super!

Ferienhaus mit Charme nah am Meer

Wir fanden's insgesamt schön! Das Ferienhaus hat Charme! Die Vermieterin ist freundlich, kinderlieb und unkompliziert. Punktabzug ehrlicher Weise in Sache Sauberkeit und die Ausstattungsliste dürfte genauer sein. Auch im Positiven. Es gibt eine Geschirrspülmaschine und zwei separate WCs, was wir sehr praktisch fanden. Weil es hier schon öfters erwähnt wurde, der Fernseher hat anscheinend nur Internet und Netflix (nur niederländisch u. belgisch eingestellt), keine öffentlichen Sender. Leider konnten wir das Fußballspiel Deutschland-Niederlande nicht anschauen. Gäste-Mappe mit allen Infos und Tipps wäre toll! Insgesamt gerne wieder!

Urlaub mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (2 und 6 Jahre)

An sich hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war zufriedenstellend. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Bequemheit der Betten. Da gebe ich volle Punktzahl. Ebenso war die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und auch hilfsbereit. Ich möchte gerne zu den Bereichen, bei denen ich einen Stern abgezogen habe, etwas schreiben. Es handelt sich hierbei um meine persönliche Meinung und jeder kann dies anders empfinden. Lage: Dass die Wohnung direkt am Deich liegt und man dann über mehrere Treppen an den Strand gelangt, wussten wir. Allerdings liegt die Wohnung auch direkt an der Hauptstraße des Ferienortes. Kein Vergleich zu einer Stadt, aber trotzdem gut befahren. Durch die Treppe direkt nebenan führte auch einer der Hauptwege zum Strand direkt an dem Haus vorbei. Ich denke das sollte man einfach wissen. Genauigkeit des Online-Inserats: Im Inserat sind ein paar Punkte aufgeführt, die so nicht ganz stimmen. So wird ein Gemeinschaftspool erwähnt, aber es gibt keinen. Außer damit ist das Schwimmbad in der Nähe gemeint, aber die Info ist irreführend. Es wird ebenfalls eine Garage auf dem Gelände zum Parken erwähnt. Eine Garage konnten wir nicht entdecken. Wir parkten das Auto direkt neben dem Zaun am Hauptfußgängerweg. Toilettenpapier sollte laut Inserat auch vorhanden sein. Hm ja, bei zwei WCs eine halbe Rolle. Sauberkeit: Neben dem Schuppen häuften sich volle Müllsäcke. Unter dem Teppich unterm Tisch lag schon bei Anreise viel Sand.

Urlaub Sommer 2024

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich schön! Leider war es nicht ganz so sauber, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten 🤔 Es ist wirklich toll gelegen, wenn es um die Strandnähe geht! Deswegen laufen auch viele Urlauber am Haus vorbei und spät abends kann es schon störend sein! Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich das Haus wirklich weiter empfehlen!!!

Gut eingerichtetes Haus, tolle Lage - nur ein paar Treppen zum Strand!

Hat Spaß gemacht , wünschenswert wäre allerdings eine Bedienungsanleitung für den hochmodernen Fernseher, konnten kein Fußball gucken ! Top sind auch die vielen Schränke, viel Stauraum. Betten total bequem, vorhandene Sitzgelegenheiten draußen super, aber könnten ein paar Stühle mehr sein! Würden 😎jederzeit wiederkommen!

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal in diesem schönen kleinen Haus. Es ist direkt am Strand, man muss nur eine Treppe rauf und schon kann die Erholung beginnen. Das Haus ist komplett umzäunt, so das Kinder oder Hunde nicht auf die Straße rennen können. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und der Kontakt ist unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Top Lage!

Es war wunderschön. Vorhanden war alles was man braucht und sauber war es auch. Zum Strand waren es nur ca. 2 Minuten Fußweg. Die Unterkunft kann man nur empfehlen. Wir werden, wenn möglich, diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Vor Ankunft war bereits alles erledigt und wir hatten auch bereits den Code für den Schlüssel. Leider war das Haus nicht gereinigt und der Vermieter telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Nach mehreren Versuchen und Stunden war dann alles geklärt. Das Haus ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig aber in großen und ganzen schön. Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Kommunikation war hinten raus auch sehr gut - die App funktioniert leider nicht einwandfrei.

Schönes Ferienhaus, perfekte Nähe zum Strand

Bis auf ein paar Dinge wie dass wir bei der Ankunft erst den Code für den Schlüssel erfragen und dann ein wenig auf die Antwort warten mussten und dass der Abfluss der Dusche nicht zuverlässig funktionierte, fühlten wir uns sehr wohl. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und liegt in perfekter Nähe zum Strand. Fairerweise muss man zum Abfluss sagen, dass das Problem bereits bekannt war und dass bereits ein Klempner vor Ort war, allerdings war ein weiterer Termin erforderlich. Dieser fand am Ende unseres neuntägigen Aufenthalts statt. Die Eigentümerin antwortete stets recht zeitnah auf Nachrichten. Die Bilder im Inserat sind unserer Meinung nach eher zum Nachteil, zum Beispiel das Wohnzimmer wirkte auf dem Bild kleiner als es dann war, wie wir fanden. Die Schlafzimmer oben sind recht groß, unten dagegen ist es etwas eng im Schlafzimmer. Draußen kann man gemütlich sitzen aber auch draußen essen. Gemessen am Preis finden wir das Haus sehr gut und würden es weiter empfehlen.
