The Chiemsee Landhaus is located close to the lake on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, the most beautiful Chiemsee community. On the huge west-facing terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view and absolute peace and quiet. The spacious property is completely fenced and mostly secluded. The four bedrooms, two living rooms and three bathrooms are spread over two levels and offer enough space for 6 adults and 2-4 children. The DTV regularly awards the highest category of 5 stars.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus in super Lage. Betten phantastisch. Einziges Manko, aber das ist wirklich Ansichtssache, die Dusche ist sehr beengt. Daher nur 4 Sterne Ansonsten kann ich das Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Kontakt mit den Vermietet war super freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus direkt am Naturschutzgebiet.

Zur Badebucht mit dem wohl schönsten Blick über den See bis zu den Bergen ist einer der schönsten am Chiemsee. Das ganze liegt gerade 3 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt.

Premium Landhaus - Top gepflegt und sauber - Tolle Lage

Das Chiemsee Landhaus entsprach in vollem Umfang unseren Erwartungen, ja es hat diese sogar übertroffen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll im Landhaus-Stil. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Die Übergabe des Hauses war völlig unkompliziert und entspannt. Die Beschreibung entsprach zu 100% den Tatsachen (Es wurde nichts versprochen, was nicht gehalten wurde). Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, nach allen Seiten hat man seine Ruhe und kann sich frei bewegen. Die Terrasse ist bei schönem Wetter natürlich zu empfehlen...hier kann man in Ruhe seine Seele baumeln lassen. Die Lage ist traumhaft nah am Chiemsee - 3 Minuten zu Fuß und man befindet sich direkt am See. Ansonsten ist hier alles so wie es sein sollte, viele Reiseziele sind gut erreichbar und nah am Ort, so dass man z.B. die Anlegestellen zu den Inseln (Frauen- und Herreninsel) bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Aber auch andere Ziele sind dann zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen und die sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter läd ebenfalls zum Wiederkommen ein. Viele Grüße

Wunderbares Domizil zum Entspannen

Das Chiemsee Landhaus mit seiner traumhaften Lage nur ein paar Minuten vom Chiemsee entfernt lädt geradezu zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen ein. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich in einem Ferienhaus wünschen kann. Wir haben hier einen zehntägigen Familienurlaub - vier Erwachsene mit zwei Hunden - verbracht. Das Haus ist so großzügig angelegt, dass wir alle genügend Freiraum hatten und den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen konnten. Wann immer das Wetter mitspielte, haben wir uns auf der schönen Terrasse aufgehalten, die bequeme Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeien bietet. Ein Buch des Vemieters mit Informationen zur Region und Tipps für Ausflüge etc. bietet eine gute Grundlage für die Freizeitplanung. Der Standot ist für Ausflüge nach Herrenchiemsee und zur Fraueninsel geradezu ideal, da die Schiffe gleich in Gstadt (1 km entfernt) ablegen. Aber auch Ausflüge nach Österreich und auf nahegelegene Berggasthöfe / Almen lassen sich von hier aus sehr gut planen. Aber erst einmal lohnt es sich, die unmittelbare Umgebung zu erkunden: Das Haus grenzt an ein Naturschutzgebiet und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf Wald und Wiesen und gelegentlich auch auf Rehe. Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang durch ein Waldstück erreicht man den Badestrand und hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Chiemsee und die - in unserem Fall - noch schneebedeckten Berge. Wir haben die morgendlichen ausgiebigen Spaziergänge mit den Hunden am See entlang sehr genossen. Wir können das Landhaus Chiemsee mit seinen vielen Annehmlichkeiten uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Der Kontakt mit dem freundlichen Vermieter war sehr angenehm.

Wunderschönes, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus!

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage direkt am Naturschtzgebiet und unweit zur Badestelle ist perfekt für Ausflüge. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, mit allem was man zum kochen benötigt (Nespresso Maschine gibt es auch). Die rießen Terrasse mit Grill, gemütlichen Möbeln und Abendsonne ist perfekt zum verweilen auch mit mehreren Personen. Die Aufteilung (je Zimmer 1 Bad) ist prima, auch wenn man mit mehreren Leuten unter kommt. Wie hatten eine wunderbar entspannte Woche mit den Kids und Großeltern. Jeder hatte seine Freiräume im Haus, wenn er sie wollte. Die Besitzer sind außerst nett und hilfsbereit. Die Umzäunung des Grundstückes lässt einen auch mit kleinen Kindern und Hund wunderbar entspannen. Können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!
