The duplex consisting of 4 residential units is located on the edge of a holiday home area in a side street of the Breege district. From the living room you have a view of open fields. The distance to the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is approx. 1.3 km, the Bodden water is approx. 500 m away.

The upper floor apartment is equipped with a staircase access, the bedrooms are in the DG area.

The place between the Baltic Sea Tromper Wiek and the Breeger Bodden has lost its importance as a fishing village, but is becoming increasingly popular with holidaymakers on the island of Rügen. The wonderful kilometer-long sandy beach invites you to swim and hike. For cyclists, the nearby Cape Arkona with its impressive cliffs and the quaint fishing village of Vitt are easy to reach. The town's harbor on the bay offers sailing courses, charter yachts and boat trips to various destinations, e.g. B. to the Störtebeker Festival in Ralswiek. Various restaurants invite you to a cozy stop. Grocery store, department store and petrol station are almost in sight of the apartment.

Schöner, entspannter Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und man konnte dort entspannt wohnen. Sehr von Vorteil ist auch die vorhandene Waschmaschine. Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Klar, Meerblick hat man nicht, aber weit ist es bis zum Strand auch nicht, gerade mit den Fahrrädern, die vom Vermieter bereitgestellt werden. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, sehr schick und bietet abgesehen von einer Spülmaschine alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Die Schlüssel wurden reichlich vorher zur Verfügung gestellt, also alles bestens. Danke und gerne mal wieder!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Umgebung

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Breege. Die Kommunikation und Vorbereitung im Vorfeld war optimal. Die ruhige Lage und der Umstand, dass man innerhalb weniger Minuten bei der Schaabe ist, sind großartig. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet und damit, dass es keinen Geschirrspüler gibt und man sich mit den Nachbarn beim Parken absprechen muss, weil eine Partei von der anderen zugeparkt wird, haben wir uns gut arrangiert. Das einzige, was uns wirklich gestört hat, waren die Fenster oben in den Schlafräumen. Die Fenster dort sind zweigeteilt. Es gibt ein großes, oberes Fenster und ein kleines mit Milchglas darunter. Als wir ankamen, war es im Raum (direkt unter dem Dach) sehr heiß und als wir lüften wollten, stellten wir fest, dass die oberen Fenster zugeschlossen waren und man nur die kleinen Fenster ankippen konnte, was nicht genug war, um es für die Nacht auf eine erträgliche Temperatur zu bringen. Wir riefen dann den Vermieter an, den wir erst nach mehreren Versuchen erreichten und über die hartnäckigen Versuche, zu ihm durchzukommen, offenbar nicht erfreut war. Er sagte uns dann zu, dass der Hausmeister den Schlüssel vorbeibringen würde, was während des Urlaubs nicht geschah. Entsprechend schlafarm war dann unsere erste Nacht. Dazu kommt, dass sich das kleine Milchglasfenster nicht verdunkeln ließ und eine Laterne direkt ins Zimmer schien. Es war dann okay wegen des kühlen Wetters und insgesamt war unser Urlaub wirklich schön.

Wir waren mit dem Enkel unterwegs und da bietet die Insel auch viele Möglichkeiten sich was anzusehen. Wir nutzten den Nordstrand in Nähe Kap Arkona. Er ist sehr zu empfehlen.
