Hop on the Snowflake Chairlift or hike the Sawmill Reservoir Trail, both of which are out the back door! True ski-in/ski-out at Snowflake Lift! 3 bedroom + den/3 bath condo only 3 blocks from Main Street. Quiet building has indoor/outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, fitness center, parking garage, elevator, grills, ski lockers and bike racks. Two private balconies offer views of thick pine and aspens, with the chairlift peeking behind them. Sleeps 10 with 3 primary bedrooms and a den area.
The Space • Large dedicated entry with built-in bench and cubbies. • Open concept kitchen/living/dining • Living room with gas fireplace with stone surround, comfortable seating for 8 with two full-size sofas and a large mounted flat screen TV. • Access to two private decks with forest and chairlift views. • Large dining table with seating for 8. • Full-kitchen with everything needed to cook and serve a meal. • In-unit private washer/dryer. • Occupancy Limit: 10 • Please note* This building runs hot. Temperatures in the units are typically in the high 70s. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom and extra box fans. Opening the windows at night helps cool it down considerably. The windows have screens and there is not any street noise.
BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS: • Master bedroom with king bed, attached bathroom with tub/shower combo, attached covered private deck • Second bedroom with king bed, attached bathroom with tub/shower combo and access to the same deck as the living room. • Third bedroom with a king bed, accessed through the den. There is a desk and chair that serve as a workspace in this room as well. • Den area features a twin over queen bunk bed with a single trundle bed underneath (not pictured). • Hall bathroom with shower/tub combo located just outside the den.
BUILDING and AMENITIES: • Parking Limit: 2 - There are two unassigned spots available in the garage. Additional vehicles or vehicles that are unable to fit in a standard parking spot or enter the garage (garage height limit 6'9") will have to park at one of the overnight pay lots in Breckenridge; Airport Rd or the Ice Rink Lot. More information can be found at BreckPark. • Private ski locker in the garage. • Ski-in/ski-out location directly at the Snowflake Lift base area, which has a full service ticket window and ski shop (Charter Sports). • Hike out the back door to Sawmill Reservoir or connect to the miles of trails surrounding Breckenridge. • Oversized outdoor hot tub and one indoor hot tub • Sauna, steam room & fitness center • Elevator • BBQ grills
LOCATION: • The Riverbend building is located directly next to the Snowflake Lift and the bottom of Snowflake Run. • There is a lift ticket office, spa (The Spa at Breckenridge) and rental shop (we have discounts for rentals!) in the building next door, on the other side of the Snowflake Lift. • There is a bus stop located just a short walk away (50 yards) for free and easy transportation to Beaver Run and downtown Breckenridge. • The Sawmill Creek Reservoir hiking trail is located just outside the building. This trail follows a beautiful creek up to a reservoir with great views. This trail connects to miles of trails that criss cross the Ten Mile Range. • Mountain biking trails can be accessed across the street for miles of biking. • The building is located just 3 blocks from Main Street (note that walking back to the building is up a slight hill) • This condo is only ski in/out when the the Snowflake Lift and Snowflake Run are open. One or both may be closed early and/or late season. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses.
PROVIDED ITEMS: • The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge. • The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. • There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes. » There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night. » Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.

Convenient and clean
The condo was laid out so well for our group. The arrival and departure process was super easy. The property is well located near the snowflake lift and it was a breeze to rent equipment next door. Enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna after skiing. The garage was nice to keep our rental car.

Ideal ski location
The location was ideal for our group to ski in and out of Snowflake and also to catch the bus to town. Everything we needed was provided in the unit. We loved the view, the fireplace, and table large enough for game nights. Jesse was very responsive, helpful and flexible. Four stars on description is because listing indicates queen sleeper in living room, which wasn’t the case (but we did find an air bed in a closet). When I reached out to ask about it,Jesse said they’d correct the listing. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location right at the Snowflake lift
Amazing condo right by the Snowflake lift. Walk a few steps out the door to the lift. Ski back down 4 o’clock run to the Snowflake lift and walk right back in. Nice balconies off the living room and 2 bedrooms to see the lift spinning within feet away. Very cool to see the shadow of skiers and snowboarders going up each morning!
Very clean location with all amenities. We loved the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer. Huge outdoor hot tub with nice inside dry sauna and steam room to relax after a day on the slopes.
Would definitely stay here again.
