3.5/5
The goods:
Although some of the layout designs are odd, the space was adequate for our group. Location was pretty good - a short walk up hill to peak 8 area, or a 4 minute drive down to town. Instructions and communication were good.
The bads:
Not clean enough for an expensive stay such as this. Perhaps its just oversight by a cleaning crew that does 2-3 houses a day and has no investment interests? For example, in the master we had a light fixture above the bed with an old spider web almost completely covering it. Also, the drawers coming out of the bottom of the bed frame hadn't been dusted in a LONG time. Additionally, and one of the worst parts, the patio had tons of huge weeds growing up between the rocks, all over the place. The little man-made water creek in back also was not only not working, but a disgusting, stagnant puddle sat in the bottom area with old cigar butts, etc in it. It also caused the mosquito issue in back to be an issue.
The washing machine only worked intermittently. Even the manager exclaimed how it was on its last leg, and wished up good luck. My wife had to research it, do a hard reset more that once, etc.. We were lucky it worked barely enough.
The TV in the game room is very old, and will not connect via new technology/internet type of apps and gaming.
You get the idea. There are several other things but this review is long enough all ready.
Overall, it would be an OK place to stay for the money IF all of these things were better.
