Fun Place - Small space

Booked what I thought was a cabin, it turned out to be a tiny house. Received an email stating that we had been upgraded but I'm not sure what the upgrade was. Arrived and the cabin had a heavy smell of Glade plug-ins which always makes me nervous. Cabin was clean upon initial inspection. I couldn't tell if the sheets were clean or if they had dryer debris in them. Note**the bed is loud. If you toss and turn, don't plan on sleeping.** the upstairs offers a second bed, however, you better have kids or be on the small side. There is little room between you and the bed. The mattress looks like it's just on the floor in the loft area. Bathroom had toilet paper on the roll, however the extra under the sink was wet & moldy. The hot water situation is also weird. May want to ask host how to operate the water. Water would heat up and lose all heat within minutes. If you turned it off and waited a few minutes, the hot water would come back with a vengeance and then subside again. Be quick in the shower. RV park felt safe, was clean and well kept. Day of email when I arrived to get keys from lock box, host was prompt replying to emails.
