The lodge was spacious as listed, but the cleaning staff had not cleaned under the beds, nor swept by the staircase.
The tubs on the right side of the lodge don’t drain properly. (We guess the cleaning staff hasn’t reported the holding water).
The screen porch has a hole in the screen. A critter came onto the back porch one night.
The kitchen leaked during a rain. (The leak hasn’t been addressed even though the ceiling is in disrepair and the floor is being ruined).
The A/C went out and we texted the number on the laminated information sheet. The person said they don’t manage the property. Finally got someone the next day. They couldn’t get an A/C repairman out, and would not bring fans or offer any other assistance.
We received a credit of $200 for the two nights without the main A/C unit working properly. We sent photos to the management company and have more photos to share, if needed.
The lodge, in general, is fine. With some attention and repairs, it will be what it once was.
