Fully renovated Bourbonnais-style house converted into an eco-friendly gîte. Ground floor: kitchen, living room, wood-burning stove. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed), shower room, separate WC. Solar central heating. ADSL Wi-Fi. Private grounds, terrace, carport, garden furniture, barbecue. Wi-Fi access. A wellness area is available free of charge, upon reservation (please mention this when booking). This wellness area is shared with the other gîte. Moulins and Vichy are 25 km away. Beekeeping is practiced on the property. Organic vegetable gardening is also available.
The gîte's best feature: heating is included. Bed linen and tea towels are provided.
Electricity is charged to the guest and must be paid on-site at the end of your stay.
The price includes: Bed linen, water, and electricity for normal usage (8 kWh per day). Any excessive use (doors and windows left open during the day while the heating is on) will be charged.
