By the water

We were impressed the moment we opened the front door! Lovely home with beautiful old Florida style wooden furniture, nice sitting area and bedrooms. The outside spaces were so nice to use. Saw manatee one afternoon and alligators one evening. Would definitely stay again!

Winter vacation

Great place for an extended stay--very comfortable, clean, large. Well stocked kitchen. Great renovations, cute decor. Beautiful waterfront view of an inlet off the gulf--every morning we watched tons of beautiful birds start their day from the huge screened in porch. We loved the pool--the air temperature had just become warm enough to swim, so being able to heat the water was wonderful. Hopefully can get the vacation time again to be able to go back!!

THE BEST PLACE IN BRADENTON/SARASOTA

This place was amazing, it had everything you needed for a perfect stay. We had stayed in 4-5 other homes in the area and this was by far the best. Our hostess was amazing and bent over backwards to make sure everything was right for us….we will be back!

Excellent Location

Beautiful home with great amenities. We had to leave early due to Hurricane Milton but we loved what time we were there. The Host Bonnie was very helpful with any and all questions we had. Highly recommend this property.

Great place!

Our family loved our stay! The layout of the house was terrific, and the pool was wonderful! We used the kayaks and the fishing poles, too. There were lots of beach necessities including a cooler, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and towels. Would highly recommend!!

Hidden Gem

This property surprised us. The photos were great, but the actual property blew us away. Modern amenities. Great pool. The canal. Al fantastic. We kayaked all the way to the bay a couple times and got some great photos. The location is perfect, right in between Siesta key and Anna Maria Island. A big thumbs up on this house. Very comfortable stay.

Fantastic Stay at Bradenton Home – Highly Recommended!

We (three adults from Germany, including our daughter) rented this vacation home from June 21st to June 27th, 2024, as part of a multi-week trip from Miami Beach, Deerfield Beach, Bradenton/Tampa, Daytona Beach, and ending with a week in Atlanta, GA. This vacation home is beautifully laid out, impeccably clean inside, and excellently maintained! The location by this "small river" with direct access to the sea (if you rent a boat) is also very beautiful. We had a great stay and were completely satisfied. To be honest: at first, the pool water was not properly maintained. After we informed the landlord, they promptly and exemplary took care of it, and by the third day, the pool was in perfect condition. It would be sensible for the landlord to arrange for a reliable, competent, and honest pool service to ensure the pool water meets hygiene standards. However, we had the impression from our communication with the landlord that they were embarrassed and were immediately arranging for a change of service provider. It was obvious that the landlord had been deceived by their service provider. As I said, from the third day everything was perfect. I want to be honest here, which is why I mention it – but due to the quick and clear response of the landlord, I see no downside – we were ultimately 100% satisfied, even thrilled. We would gladly come back anytime with a change of pool service! Thank you for everything, Bonnie and Patrick! Jutta, Lisa, and Hans-Jörg

Beautiful and Peaceful

Very unassuming from the street but the inside, back porch/pool and canal are absolutely mesmerizing! We did get to see the manatees, it was so neat! The host did a great job of upkeep and have stocked the house with everything you could need for a great stay! I wish it was a little closer to the beaches but it is still close enough that it’s not a problem! Great for us as we don’t spend a lot of time at the actual beach… also great central location to all the different places along the Bay Area!

Great Family Vacation!!!

Our family had the most amazing 6 days here!! The house was perfect for all ages, the view was beautiful, and the location was convenient to great restaurants, shopping, and around 20mins to the most beautiful beaches in Florida. We especially enjoyed seeing the manatees, bird watching, and our afternoons spent in the pool. The beds, showers & kitchen were some other great highlights of this great property. Our host were easy to communicate with and we cant wait to return!!

Best vacation ever

We absolutely loved this place. It had everything we needed and then some. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the kayaking and fishing. Beds were comfortable and there were lots of towels. We highly recommend booking this property!

Relaxing venue

The house is great inside and the nature views from the screened deck don’t disappoint. We kayaked several days, once to the bay, and enjoyed seeing manatees up close right in front of the house !

Christmas in Florida

What a perfect property for our family Christmas! With 3 grandchildren traveling with us, the Christmas decorations were a very nice touch. The house is amazing and the hosts are even better. After inquiring about child size life jackets, Bonnie purchased 4 in varying sizes to accommodate our needs. Wow! Bonnie also checked in with us to see if we needed anything and offered recommendations when we had questions about the area. Daily kayak rides down the canal, fishing successes (a huge snook caught by my son-in-law) and family foosball tournaments were enjoyed by the entire family. Definitely recommend this property!

Amazing 2 week stay!

We chose this location based on its canal/waterfront. We stayed for 2 weeks. The location is ideal, close to Sarasota airport, IMG, aquarium, Anna Marie, and many more. The home is as the pictures show, very comfortable and very well appointed. There wasn’t a time I looked for something and didn’t find it available. The canal is calm and we saw many heron, cormorants, manatees, mullets jumping and massive tarpon. The kayaks and paddle boards were a bonus way to explore the area, it is easy to get out in and out with the waterfront landing. Our favorite was to sit on the back porch/upper lanai and soak in the sun. Master bedroom is very private from the other bedrooms. Neighborhood is very quiet. Would love to return!

Manatee

We had a great time and enjoyed the house, especially the back area. Peaceful, quiet, nice. My mother, 80 yrs old, was able to navigate with her walker around the house very easily. We were able to see the manatees every day, they are very active in their feeding, they visited the area twice a day. Location is very close to Sarasota, about 15 minutes away. Very convenient to grocery stores, and restaurants. The house was equipped with everything you need, and Bonnie is great, communicated immediately with her responses. This was a wonderful experience and highly recommend this vacation rental.

Amazing

What a fun place this was! Very clean and lots of space. My son, wife, and I enjoyed all the activities available here such as kayaking, fishing and swimming in the pool. Great view of the canal. Overall this place made for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. Will certainly book this place again on our next trip!

Stay here!

We rented this house due to close proximity to the beaches we wanted to visit and the amenities. The house has quite a bit of beach supplies, saving at least $40 beach rentals per day. Besides the rolling cooler we used the large shoulder bag cooler. Multiple umbrellas and chairs. The screened in two story porch was used for breakfast and dinner and we enjoyed watching and listening to the wildlife. The pool was very big and had a (7ft?) deep end. Rode the bikes a bit and swore we would use the arcade and the outdoor fire pit and kayaks but we just never got to it lol. Owners were very responsive and I would say we really enjoyed this place very much and I would definitely recommend it. We are already thinking about coming back next year.
